M.E.I (Vietnam) is a Vietnam - Singapore Joint Venture established in 1995 in Vietnam by the International Entrepreneurs and the Owners of M.E.I Global System distributing initial capital of $US 1.0 million with 70% the Vietnamese share in order to set up a professional Consultancy Company providing local top-grade engineering services pursuant to the international standards. 
M.E.I owns the Investment License no 1238/GP date May 15th, 1995 valued for 30 years issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment to allow M.E.I to provide Consulting & Engineering Services, Civil & Industrial Construction, Mechanical Erection & Installation and Project Supply. Since 2000, M.E.I has been found to conform to the international quality management system standard DNV ISO9001.
M.E.I has staff of more than 70 engineers and technicians with the professional design and supervision certificate working in Hochiminh City and Hanoi. Supporting by the professional engineers and specialists of the M.E.I Global System as well as the local and international collaborations from various specialties M.E.I’s staff always perfectly and trustfully satisfies every demand of the Clients.
The strong experience of M.E.I includes industrial and civil construction for various local and international customers. The projects, which M.E.I completed always rank high in quality and conform to International Standards and by a professional way. The dollar value of M.E.I contracts has increased from $US 1.4 billion in the first 3 years of establishment to more than $US 6 billions in its next 3 years to then over $US10 billions in the most recent 3 years.
